Keyonni is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Women’s fitness coach who believes all women can benefit from lifting no matter what their goals may be.
After losing 30 lbs with primarily lifting and doing minimal cardio (yes, minimal cardio) and experiencing the benefits of lifting beyond physical + being told countless times “You shouldn’t be lifting weights…” or “you’ll start to look like a man” or you’ll get too bulky, Key learned that so many women fall prey to these stigmas around lifting and end up missing out on all of the benefits they could be experiencing.
Key is now committed to eliminating these stigmas and helping women learn to lift weights and get strong with confidence while enjoying life in a body they’re proud of.
In Key’s personal time she enjoys listening R&B and rap music, enjoying a good brunch spot with chicken and waffles, and podcasting about personal growth + lifestyle tips.
